1st trip to the zoo!

The weather has finally begun to cool down (mid to upper 80's), so we made our first trip to the zoo with Alyce-Ann on Saturday. She loved watching the meercats dart in and out of their holes, feeding the birds nectar seed sticks in the aviary, and "riding" the komodo dragon. She was a bit hesitant about seeing the real komodo dragon that had pressed himself up against the glass and having her hand slobbered on by a calf in the petting zoo. This will certainly not be our last trip to the zoo!
